Gift Card is valid for purchases in the Melfit online store within the U.S. It is not a credit/debit card and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit unless required by law. Gift Cards will be delivered via email. To replace a lost or stolen Gift Card, please contact customer support. Replacement value will be based on the remaining balance at the time the card is reported lost or stolen. Purchases made with this Gift Card are subject to Melfit’s Return Policy. Any eligible refunds will be issued as store credit. Gift Cards may be deactivated or declined at Melfit’s sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.
